nice. shame they cancelled the event this year. meridian just started the deconstruction this week. they probably could have done it but i guess they didn't want to relocate the planes on the ramp at the time. shame cuz it really hurt AHOF which makes a bunch of their budget from that event and the associated donations.

I think the cancellation had to do with the P-47 ditching on the hudson as well. It was before the week of the show.

Nah I work for TEB Ops it was discussed with operations that the main reason for cancellation was the lack of space for the aircraft that normally sit in and around the hangar. It was canceled back in February or March when the work was first proposed. I guess there was a delay with the contractor getting the job started.
